Rosarito Todo el Año is designed to address the economic seasonality experienced during the fall and winter months through a communication and promotional strategy focused on local business sectors.
The initiative includes the production of bilingual audiovisual content highlighting the work, location, services and products of participating organizations, supported by an ongoing digital campaign and printed outreach materials.
The strategy is designed to maintain a steady flow of commercial information during slower business periods, increase the visibility of local businesses and create digital assets that can continue to be used for future promotion and training.
Alignment with Strategic Planning
The project aligns with Pillar 3 — Innovation and the Economy of the Future of the Baja California State Development Plan, particularly through initiatives focused on strengthening MSME competitiveness, digital innovation and regional value chains.
The Project Includes:
- Produce 12 bilingual informational videos and sector-focused short films in Spanish and English.
- Implement a continuous six-month digital outreach campaign through CCE Rosarito’s digital platforms.
- Build a permanent digital content library, including photography, graphic design and audiovisual materials.
- Distribute at least 1,500 flyers among the local community to encourage local shopping and support neighborhood businesses.
